What "—" means
Definition
The symbol "—" in the table means the value does not apply / does not exist for that product — not that we failed to check it.
What it means in practice
"—" is not the same as "no", nor as "missing data". Example: on an international transfer, the "deposit guarantee" row shows "—" because money in transit is inherently not covered by a deposit guarantee — that field simply does not apply to this product.
How do we mark missing data? When a provider does not publish a value or it needs confirming, we say so in words: "No verified data" or "Check with the provider" — never "—" and never a bare "No".
Why it affects your choice
It helps you read the table honestly — "—" (not applicable) and "No verified data" (not confirmed) are two different situations we never conflate.
Watch out
If you see "No verified data" on an item important to you, confirm it with the provider before deciding.
