Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on the WeekTopPick website (weektoppick.com), for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights you have. We respect your privacy and collect only the data we need.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is WeekTopPick, operated by BMP Consulting Bartosz Panek, ul. Wyględowska 4/41, 02-654 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 951-193-01-24. For matters concerning personal data you can contact us through the contact form.

2. What data we collect and for what purpose

  • Contact-form data (name or nickname, email address, subject and content of your message) — processed solely to handle your enquiry and to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Technical data and server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) — processed to ensure the security, stability and diagnostics of the site. Basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — details in the Cookie policy. For cookies other than strictly necessary ones the basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can change at any time via "Change cookie preferences".

3. Cookies

We use cookies so that the site works correctly, and some optionally — e.g. for statistics. The rules and the ability to manage consent are described in the Cookie policy; you can change your preferences at any time.

4. Affiliate links

Some links to financial-product providers may be affiliate links. When you click such a link and go to the provider's site, that provider's privacy policy applies to you. We do not pass to providers the data you provide in our contact form.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may entrust its processing to trusted parties that provide us with technical services, to the extent necessary for the site to operate — in particular the hosting provider and the email provider (to deliver messages from the form). These parties process the data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

If any of our service providers (e.g. the email provider) processes data outside the EEA, this takes place on the basis of the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. How long we keep data

  • Form messages — for the time needed to handle the matter and a reasonable period after it ends, after which we delete or anonymise them.
  • Technical logs — for a short, necessary period for security and diagnostics.
  • Cookies — in line with the periods described in the Cookie policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, data portability, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland. To exercise your rights, write to us through the contact form.

9. Voluntariness and no profiling

Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary for us to reply to your message. We do not make decisions solely by automated means and we do not profile users.

10. What we do not do

WeekTopPick Finance is informational in nature. We do not carry out KYC or AML procedures, do not open accounts, do not handle client funds and do not collect sensitive financial data. We are not a bank, a broker, an adviser or a payment institution.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: 10 June 2026.
