You generate it instantly in the app and pay online. Safer for subscriptions and online shopping, because it is easy to block.

Why it affects your choice

If you pay a lot online, having a virtual card can matter. Not every product offers one.

Watch out

Some Polish currency accounts do not offer a dedicated virtual card (only a card in the phone via Apple/Google Pay) — in the comparison this may show as missing data.
